writing competition! And first place.I was thinking that it would be nice if I would put it in my blogs so here it is: Oh! and if you don't know how to read Telugu the stories name is 'Matlaade Guha Yocka Rahasyam' which means 'The Secret Of The Talking Cave'

మాట్లాడే గుహ యొక్క రహస్యం

ఒకనాడు ఒక వేటగాడు అడవిలోకి వెళ్ళాడు. అడవిలో ఆ వేటగాడికి ఒక అందమయిన లేడి కనిపించింది. వేటగాడు ఆ లేడి వెనకాల పరిగెట్టాడు. కొంతసేపు ఆ లేడి వెనకాల పరిగెట్టాక, ఆలేడి మాయమయిపోయింది. ఇంకేముంది... వేటగాడు తప్పిపోయాడు. వేటగాడు నడవడం మొదలు పెట్టాడు. ఇంతలో చీకటి పడింది. వేటగాడికి ఒక గుహ కనిపించింది. ఈ రాత్రికి ఈ గుహలో ఉండి తెల్లారాక బయల్దేరదామని వేటగాడు అనుకున్నాడు. గుహలోకి వెళ్ళాడు.

తెల్లారాక గుహ బయటకి వెళ్దామంటే గుహ మూసుకు పోయి ఉంది.

ఎక్కణ్ణించో ఒక శబ్దం వచ్చింది. “నేనే ఈ గుహ. నా రహస్యం చెప్తాను. వింటావా?” అని

వేటగాడు సరే నన్నాడు.

గుహ రహస్యం చెప్పడం మొదలు పెట్టింది. “నేను కూడా ఒకప్పుడు ఒక మనిషిని. నేను కూడా నీలానే అడవిలోకి వచ్చాను. ఒక లేడిని చూశాను. దాని వెనకాల పరిగెడుతూ ఈ ప్రాంతానికి వచ్చాను. అప్పుడు ఆ లేడి దేవతలాగా మారిపోయింది. నాకు పరిక్ష పెట్టింది. అందులో నేను ఓడిపోయాను. అందుకే నన్ను ఈ గుహలా మార్చివేసింది. నాకు నీ సహాయం కావాలి, సహాయం కావాలి”

“సరే చేస్తాను. కానీ ఎలా?” అన్నాడు వేటగాడు.

“నాకు తెలిసి ఈ గుహలో ఒక రాయి ఉండాలి. ఆ రాయికి ఏమన్నా మూడు కోరికలు తీర్చే శక్తి ఉంది. ఆ రాయితో మళ్ళీ నన్ను మనిషిగా మార్చేసెయ్.” అని అంది గుహ.

“ఆ రాయి ఎక్కడవుంది” అని అడిగాడు వేటగాడు.

“ఇక్కడే ఎక్కడో ఉండాలి. వెతుకు” అంది గుహ

వేటగాడు చాలాసేపు వెతికాడు. వెంటనే ఫలితం కనపడ్లా. చాలాసేపటి తర్వాత ఒక స్థంభం కనపడింది. ఆ స్థంభం మీద ఏముందా అని చూస్తే కొన్ని చిత్రాలు కనపడ్డాయి. ఆ చిత్రాలు కొంచెం విచిత్రంగా ఉన్నాయి. వాటిని శ్రద్ధగా చూస్తే అది ఆ గుహరహస్యం. వేటగాడు వాటిని ఒక దాని తర్వాత ఒకటి నొక్కాడు. ఎక్కడినించో వేటగాడి చేతిలోకి ఒక రాయి వచ్చింది.

“అదే ఆ రాయి అదే ఆ రాయి” అంది ఆ గుహ.

వేటగాడు ముందుగా గుహని మనిషిగా మార్చేశాడు. తర్వాత ఇద్దర్నీ ఇంటింకి పంపించేశాడు. మూడో కోరిక మాత్రం ఆ గుహతోనే ఎప్పటికీ మిగిలి పోయింది.

Well, some time ago in my school there was a competition called 'Pick and Speak'. In which they give us a picture and we have to make a story on the picture. So, in the competition I took part and won second place. Well, now here is the story by which I won second place:

THE DISCOVERY OF THAR DESERT

Once, upon a time in Udana lived a man named Thar. He was a really poor man, this Thar earned his food because he had a cargo service. One day Thar had to deliver a cargo to Raner an unknown place where no one from Udana had ever gone, but brave Thar did not give up and staoon, rted his journey to Raner. Soon, Thar entered a place with sand all over. Sand to the right, sand to the left , sand every where. Brave Thar still still din't give up. Days passed but there was no sign of water or trees. Finally, on the fourth day of his long journey Thar reached Raner. He swiftly delivered the cargo and raced backed to Udana. In Udana when Thar told all his friends about this sandy place. They thought that this place was really weird and took Thar to the wisest man in town. The wisest man thought and thought for a while and finally told them that Thar had discovered a desert and since Thar had discovered the desert it was named after him and remained as the 'Thar Desert'

mind blowing mine trip

Today, we actually went on a mind blowing mine trip. It was wonderful when we went to the vakil palli underground mine., but it was partiality when they violated the rule that under the age of 18 kids are not allowed.Though I enjoyed. T o go underground we took the help of man-riding. It was going at a speed of 8km per hour.Oh! that was great.I n the mine almost every thing was made of coal, believe it or not even the walls were! They sprayed dolomite powder on the walls as a measure that the wall doesn't fall. I did not like it when the mixture of ashes and water stuck to my feet.We also saw a coal belt, it did move very fast.We saw a worker spot but were not allowed to go in it.

We then went to a open cast mine(oc-111) . It was totally huge. I liked it a lot. We first went to the view spot and saw the mine. It looked gorgeous from the top.Then we went to the mine and saw a drag-line .It was gigantic.A man told us that one drag-line costs Rs.200 crores and can carry 6 lorries at once.We were allowed to go into the drag-line. I just din't like the control room because it was scary in there .The operating room was attached to the control room.In the operating room man was controlling the drag-line.He had a 30 year experience.Then we came out of the drag-line and that concluded our MIND BLOWING MINE TRIP.

Is it necassary to go to a doctor?

hello, every body it's me again and guess what?(it's a bad news to share) I am sick. I know you read the title but Is it necassary to go to a doctor?. I don't even have high fever I just have a simple throat infection, but will my dad listen nope. You know somtimes I feel why did god even create a doctor. It is sooooo embarassing when he starts saying don't eat icecreams, don't eat
chocolates and bla,bla,bla blabber mouths. I do not like doctors, espessialy those bitter mdicines they give. Though if there was no doctor there would be no curing source any ways keep reading my blogs.

Hi, everybody today I was thinking about my new car.
And remembered I went to see cars 2-3 weeks back,
and well I thought why don't I share it with you. So here
it goes:
Hyndai Verna :Good car,nice shape,big trunk but
no Air bags for given pick up.
-
Maruti Dzire:Big trunk space,Famous car but
large waiting of 6 months and bad shape.
-
Chevrolet Aveo:Seating comfort is very nice,
A.C comfort is great but is not so popular.
-
Tata Manza:Great Features like bluetooth,
great seating comfort but not a safe car.
-
Ford Fiesta:Nice looks, Auxilary input but not a
brand name or unpopular car.
-
Fiat Linea:Great looks, very nice feature but
a very slow and unpopular car.

So.... we bought a Ford Fiesta .Cool right!well keep

Back In INDIA

Hello,everyone this is me bhavana again well as you read the title I am back in India
well,it has been a month from after i came back from America and guess what this is
july my birthday month but ufortunately 7 of july is over waa! waa! waa!, but I loved my
present a laptop so I promise that from now on i will write blog every week.So
lets come to the point. School has started hard things have begun but I like the part
where i get to be the oldest class in primary section.Well,if thats good this is bad
I have to climb four floors when as in secandary guys get to climb only till the first floor,
I hate that part.So thats happening with bhavana and do not forget to read Bhavana's Day

myrtle beach

Hello,everybody its me again
and today i will be telling you
about my experience in
myrtle beach.But i am telling
you people that it was a long
drive,2 hr 37 min.I know I know
thats long.well at first we went
to the beach.I am telling you
i had fun.There were these
great warm water Atlantic
ocean waves.Then we went
to a Amusment park called
Family Kingdom.But i am
telling you people i had fun.
Yah! roller coasters, ferris wheels
and very cool rides.It was a
awesome experiance.Well the
worst part about the trip was
that we came back home at
1:45 am .Well bye for now,

the visit to river bank zoo and botanical garden

Hello,my blogs readers and i am going to tell you all
about one of my very nice experiences in columbia,sc
well what else could it be except for my visit to the
river banks zoo.My,my,my! what zoo it has got great
animals what not gorillas,baboons,flamingoes,lions,
tigers ,hyenas,giraffes and many other animals and
guess what there was also an very nice aquaruim
and the scariest part was beleive it or not there
was an anaconda thats cool isn't it huh,and
we also caught a tram and went to the zoos
botanical garden and you know there is this cool
bridge which if you cross you get to the botanical
garden, aand the botanical garden oh! my god
it was so beautiful. We stayed in that zoo for quiet
a long time but the most important part was we
enjoyed alot.

columbia-part 2

hello, people its me again having fun in columbia, well my brother rahul is gone to school so its just me and rohit now rohit is watching t.v so i am blogging well yesterday when i showed my blog to my uncle he said why did you not tell about the beaches we are about to go to,so here it goes. my uncle said that we will go to the myrtle beach on a weekend , well now a secret from me to you i am scared of beaches,why? can't answer. By the way one of the rules of staying in columbia is that i have to go to http://www.ixl.com/ every day and do math every single day . well people bye for now .

hello, everybody this is me Bhavana and i have finished my vacation in chicago and have come to

Columbia .I have landed yesterday 8:30 and now i am with my brothers Rahul & Rohit well


people i must say that i am having fun with my brothers and to say i had a great lunch pizzas made by me an Rahul delicious right, And when my uncle comes from work we are going swimming what else do you need. Well my mom says U.S is boring place but no way its not,
and people i m having the time of my life.

America-day 1

Hello,i am Bhavana and i have come to america
for my summer vacation and well now i am in
chicago, illinois and people i am seriously having
fun. Today at first when we went out gosh i
must admit that i am come out of an oven and
into a fridge. we first went to the devan street
to buy some indian grocers ,i know it does not
make sense to come to US from india and buy
indian grocers,and after that we went to eat
lunch in indian garden(restaurent)i know,
i know it does not make sense.After that
we went to the schauberg mall.ok,lets be
honest in did not buy anything,waaaaaaaaa,
then we went to eat ice cream actually i
ate ice cream and the others drank coffee
(not my 1 year old brother,Lalith)then we came
back home.well i think i am just going to play with
my brother eat lunch and sleep.well bye people.
